About

Jonathan Dalton is an e-Pro certified Realtor with Realty ONE Group in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix Arizona area. He is the creator and webmaster of several Phoenix area real estate websites – All Phoenix Real Estate.com, Westbrook Village Real Estate, Ventana Lakes Real Estate and Phoenix Retirement Real Estate – all of which feature Phoenix Arizona listings searches with no-hassle registration.

This is not an effort of technology for technology’s sake; with both buyers and sellers turning to the Internet in increasing numbers to search for qualified, full-time real estate professionals and quality homes for sale, Jonathan remains in the technological forefront for the benefit of his clients.

As a 30-plus-year resident of the Phoenix area, Jonathan is intimately familiar with the Valley of the Sun as a whole while specializing in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale and Phoenix Arizona. Jonathan is a graduate of Dobson High School and Mesa Community College, both in Mesa Arizona, and Arizona State University in Tempe.

Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, Jonathan worked for the Sun City Daily News-Sun and Arizona Capitol Times as a reporter. He has written on a free-lance basis for the Associated Press since 1992, and currently can be found in the press box at most Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Diamondbacks games.

Jonathan lives in Glendale Arizona with his wife, Kathie, his three children and two dogs – Tobey and Captain Morgan. He formerly coached YMCA soccer and served on the board of Temple Gan Elohim in Glendale.

Tobey is the star of Jonathan’s real estate operation. With his natural good looks and his comfort in front of the camera (in exchange for T-bone steak bones), Tobey has become the centerpiece of Jonathan’s marketing campaign. He also is a local celebrity known for his daring escapes from the Daltons’ homes, excursions that usually end two or three doors away when he finds a familiar face to save him from the cold, cruel world.

Tobey spends his days sleeping. And eating. And sunning himself in the sun. And then going back to sleep. It’s a tough life.

Before adopting the Dalton family, Tobey was in the care of a foster family he found courtesy of Arizona Beagle Rescue.
